Boeing engineers and technicians approve new four‑year contract with salary hikes

Boeing’s engineers and technicians voted to accept a new four‑year collective bargaining agreement on October 1, with 64.11% in favour.1

The deal provides a 10% salary increase effective October 2, an additional 4% raise in March 2027, and guaranteed 4% raises each March from 2028 to 2030 together with selective adjustments; average engineer pay will rise from $152,000 to $208,000 and technician pay from $119,000 to $163,000.1

These scheduled increases will be applied as outlined, progressively boosting compensation through 2030.1
