Russian military deploys 'Retrik' transceivers to extend FPV drone range

The Russian armed forces have begun using "Retrik" transceivers to extend the operational distance of their FPV attack drones to up to 60 kilometres, according to a report from Lenta.ru.1
The devices can be mounted on the ground or on a drone and work by receiving a signal and relaying it to the next unit, enabling a "free hunting" mode, and they have already been employed with a "Molniya" drone operating at a distance of 70 kilometres.1
