Volaris Group acquires Brazil's Teknisa software provider
Volaris Group announced the acquisition of Teknisa, a Brazilian software firm founded in 1990 in Belo Horizonte, which offers management solutions for corporate foodservice and retail. Teknisa serves more than 900 companies across Brazil and employs over 450 staff. The deal integrates Teknisa into Volaris Group, which operates under Constellation Software.1,2
