Apa Hotel's replica pavilion opened at Candou Shogunate on October 2, featuring an orange exterior and a hotel number of 55 to mark the company's 55th anniversary.1
The 30‑minute experience, aimed at children aged 3 to 15, offers two courses called ‘Front Desk’ and ‘Bed Making’ where participants practice checking in, searching for lost items, making beds, smiling, bowing and checking out, while the company's president and CEO said it allows families to spend time together as guests or observers; the operator also runs Apa Hotel & Resort Tokyo Bay Makuhari, which now has 2,007 rooms after expanding its West and East Wings.1
