Flood Watch issued as heavy rain totals up to 6 inches across San Antonio area
A Flood Watch remains in effect through 7 p.m. for much of the San Antonio area after 2 to 4 inches of rain fell in Bexar County on Thursday.1
Rainfall measured 2 inches at San Antonio International Airport, Alamo Heights, downtown and near Lackland, 3.5 inches at Mission del Lago, 4 inches at Pipe Creek and Lakehills, and 6 inches at Rocksprings, while a 70% chance of rain on Friday is expected with temperatures near 80 degrees.1
