Air France launches new menus for La Première, Business and Premium cabins from Paris
Air France has introduced new menus across its La Première, long‑haul Business and Premium cabins on flights departing from Paris.1
The menus were created by chefs Arnaud Lallement, Mathieu Viannay, Frédéric Simonin, Claire Heitzler and François Adamski, with Lallement developing over 30 dishes for La Première and Heitzler planning four new dessert selections in the coming months; Business Class passengers can pre‑select their hot meal up to 24 hours before departure, and the airline sources meat, poultry, dairy and eggs from France and fish from French fisheries or sustainable sources.1
