Ontic acquires Aero-Mach group of aviation specialists
Ontic has completed the acquisition of the Aero-Mach companies, a group with more than 50 years of aviation experience. The Aero-Mach portfolio includes three specialist businesses: Aero-Mach Labs, Aero-Mach Wilco and Aero-Mach TCO.1
Aero-Mach Labs offers aerospace manufacturing, technical services and repair and overhaul capabilities, while Aero-Mach Wilco focuses on distributing aviation parts and products. Aero-Mach TCO designs and manufactures static dischargers for piston and turbine aircraft, expanding Ontic's reach across multiple aviation service segments.1
