Pegasus Airlines acquires Smartwings group for €154 million
Pegasus Airlines completed the acquisition of the Smartwings group and Czech Airlines on 1 October, a deal that had been announced in December 2025.1
The transaction, valued at €154 million, expands Pegasus' network, which already covers 161 destinations in 57 countries, by adding Smartwings' 80 destinations in 20 countries and its subsidiaries in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary.1
