AAHK names Steven Yiu COO and Cissy Chan CEO of IEC Holdings effective Oct 1
Airport Authority Hong Kong announced that Steven Yiu will become its Chief Operating Officer and Cissy Chan will become Chief Executive Officer of IEC Holdings Limited, a subsidiary, with both appointments taking effect on 1 October 2026.1
As COO, Yiu will oversee the Airport Management Division and the Cargo and Logistics Division, while Chan will continue to lead the Commercial Division and head SKYTOPIA projects as IEC CEO, and AAHK CEO Vivian Cheung publicly congratulated the two on their new roles.1
