Etihad Airways threatens legal action over Premier League judgment on Manchester City
Etihad Airways said it is considering legal action against the English Premier League following the judgment against Manchester City.1
The airline said its interests were damaged by the public presentation of the proceedings, denied any involvement in illegal commercial agreements and criticised not being given the opportunity to make a statement, while Manchester City was found guilty by an independent commission of serious breaches of Premier League financial rules over nine seasons and can appeal.1
