Sun Express targets fleet of 150 aircraft by 2033 with gradual capacity growth

Sun Express plans to grow its fleet from 86 to 150 aircraft by 2033, adding more than 60 new aircraft in the coming years and receiving 11 new aircraft in 2024.1

The airline aims to increase seat capacity by an average of 4‑5% annually while expecting a slight rise in passenger numbers this year, but has trimmed its growth ambitions due to the economic situation in its core markets and will take delivery of a Boeing 737 Max 10 with a new cabin in the first half of 2028.1
