Pegasus Hava Yolları acquires Czech Airlines and Smartwings Group
Pegasus Hava Yolları completed the purchase of Czech Airlines (CSA) and the Smartwings Group, adding their fleets to its own operations.1
The combined aircraft count of the three carriers now exceeds 175, while the two acquired airlines had previously placed firm orders for 140 aircraft; Pegasus already serves 161 destinations across 57 countries and Smartwings operates to 80 destinations in 20 countries, expanding the network reach for passengers, staff and partners.1
