Matthias Spohr appointed COO of Eurowings
Matthias Spohr has been named Chief Operating Officer of Eurowings, joining the airline’s management team alongside CEO Max Kownatzki and CFO Kai Duve.1
Spohr previously served as CEO of Lufthansa Aviation Training GmbH and held the role of Flight Operations Manager at Eurowings from 2015 to 2021, bringing decades of experience that began with his training at the Lufthansa Flight School in Bremen in 1990.1
