Singapore Airlines refreshes in‑flight dining, adds new dishes and serviceware

Singapore Airlines is updating its in‑flight dining programme with more than 100 new and refreshed dishes and has begun progressively rolling out dishes under a new menu category called SIA Chefs' Selection, while meals in Suites, First Class and Business Class will be served on custom‑designed Christofle serviceware.1

The airline is also adding wine labels in Suites, First Class and Business Class and introducing spirits across all cabin classes, and companion dining will be available with its forthcoming First Class cabin products.1

The remaining dining changes are scheduled to be introduced from November 2026.1
