America Garcia Rodriguez seeks TSA guarantees for notary elections
America Garcia Rodriguez submitted a request to the Tribunal Superior Administrativo (TSA) for guarantees concerning notary elections.1
She called for clear and transparent electoral rules, timely communication of decisions and resolutions from the Electoral Commission, and the delivery of the electoral roll to identify eligible voters. Garcia also proposed allocating 30% of resources to a trust fund for notary benefits and pensions, and raising economic aid from roughly 10,000 to 25,000 pesos.1
