Steven Yiu appointed COO of Hong Kong International Airport, Cissy Chan leads IEC Holdings
Steven Yiu became the Chief Operating Officer of the Airport Authority Hong Kong, taking office on 1 October 2026, while Cissy Chan assumed leadership of the subsidiary IEC Holdings alongside her role as Executive Director of Commercial. Both executives report directly to Airport Director Vivian Cheung.1
Yiu will oversee airport operations, security, customer service and the cargo and logistics business at Hong Kong International Airport, and Chan will be responsible for developing the Skytopia initiative, including projects such as the 11 Skies entertainment centre and the planned Airport Yacht Bay.1
