Ukraine deploys FP-7 missile in combat as hybrid threats rise in Eastern Europe
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the FP-7 ballistic missile was used for the first time in combat against Russia, a weapon with a range of up to 250 kilometres and a 200 kg warhead produced by Fire Point.1
A German politologist, Carlo Masala, warned that hybrid warfare could expand, citing possible drone incursions into the airspace of countries such as Romania, and suggested that intelligence services of friendly nations might be mobilised to signal the West’s capability to conduct such operations.2
