Driver crashes through gate at San Antonio airport, arrested with firearm
On 22 August 2026 a driver forced a vehicle through a gate at San Antonio airport in Texas after bypassing barriers, and a police car pursued the vehicle.1
The vehicle was damaged when it struck the gate and stopped shortly thereafter, the driver surrendered, was arrested, and police discovered a firearm inside the vehicle.1
