European airport passenger traffic rises 3.9% in July and 3.1% in August
Passenger traffic across the European airport network increased by 3.9% in July and 3.1% in August, accelerating from a 1.3% rise in the second quarter.1
Growth was strongest at non‑EU+ airports, which recorded increases of 6.6% in July and 6.0% in August, while the EU+ market showed more moderate gains of 3.4% in July and 2.5% in August.1
