ENAC reaffirms commitment to inclusive air travel on International Day of the Elderly
On the International Day of the Elderly 2026, ENAC renewed its commitment to making air travel more accessible, inclusive, and attentive to the needs of every passenger.1
The agency highlighted that airports and aircraft should be comfortable and accessible for people of all ages, emphasizing clear information access, priority procedures and the ability to request assistance as concrete tools that place the passenger at the centre of the travel experience, and noting that inclusive air travel enables continued discovery and connection throughout life.1
